Located in one of the most famous buildings in opera, the 1,600-seat
L’Opéra Gar…nier, on Place de l’Opéra in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
Designed by Odile Decq, the booming architect behind Rome’s
award-winning Museum of Contemporary Art, the restaurant is concealed
behind the pillars of the eastern facade within a glass sarcophagus
supported by a single piece of steel.
The menu is adapted from classic French dishes in true gastronomic style,
reinvented around key ingredients sourced personally by the chef from his
favorite food purveyors and growers.
